Are your products official?

Yes, all our products are 100% official ✅
At Quest Corner, there's no room for doubt: every item comes from trusted distributors, with whom we work directly.
We are collectors first and sellers second, so you can order with confidence. ✊

We process orders within 24 to 48 business hours.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

🚚 What delivery methods are available?

Colissimo and Mondial Relay for now, in mainland France. Other options coming soon!

📍Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

💰 What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all credit cards via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

🔒 Is my payment secure?

Of course! All transactions are secure thanks to SSL protocol.
Shopify does not store any banking information.

🔁 Can I return an item?

You have 14 days from receipt to return a product to us.

👉 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

💸 When will I be reimbursed?

Once the return has been validated, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

⚠️ Only the price of the products will be refunded (excluding initial shipping costs).

In addition, as our service providers (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) do not refund their commissions, 5% of the total order amount will be retained to cover these technical and banking fees.

✅ Exception: these fees do not apply if the return is due to an error on the part of Quest Corner (defective product, incorrect reference).

📦 Which items cannot be returned?

• Open sealed products (boosters, Booster Boxs, etc.)

• Personalized items

• The Mystery Boxes

• Products on sale

👉 That gives you a short, clear FAQ.

Our loyalty program allows you to earn points with every order and unlock rewards as you go.

Here's how it works:

• 🛒 €1 spent = 5 points

• 🎁 Exchange your points for vouchers in €, discounts, or exclusive products!

• 🧭 Level up to unlock increasingly epic perks (more perks coming soon for each tier...)

• 🤝 Refer a friend and earn 500 Quest Points when they place their first order, and get them 5% off their first order.

1. How do I use my points?

Once logged into your account, click on the "🎁 Rewards" button at the bottom of the screen.
You can redeem your points for instant discounts, products, or other benefits depending on your level.

2. Do my points expire?

Yes, after 24 months following the gain

3. Can I combine a reward with a current promotion?

Discounts earned through your points cannot always be combined with current promotions.
But don't worry: you can always choose the best option before confirming your shopping cart. 🛒

⚠️ Important: ⚠️

If you choose a physical reward (such as a booster pack or item), it will be automatically added to your next order.
No separate shipments will be made solely for a reward.

Most products on the site allow you to earn Quest Points. However, a few very specific items, including certain Japanese Booster Boxs and imported products, are excluded from the points program.

👉 Why?

These products have highly variable and sometimes unstable import costs (customs, transport, availability in their country of origin, price fluctuations). In order to continue offering you fair and competitive prices, points may be disabled on these items.

🔍 How do I know if a product earns points?

On each product page, a "Points earned" box appears automatically.

• If points are Booster Boxed → ✔️ the product generates points

• If no points appear → ❌ this product is one of the exceptions

We remain completely transparent. These exclusions represent a small portion of the catalog and allow us to maintain attractive prices on the most popular products.

Our priority is simple: to enable you to complete your collection at the best price, while rewarding your loyalty as soon as possible 💛
