🔁 Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to return a product to us.
👉 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
💸 When will I be reimbursed?
Once the return has been validated, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
⚠️ Only the price of the products will be refunded (excluding initial shipping costs).
In addition, as our service providers (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) do not refund their commissions, 5% of the total order amount will be retained to cover these technical and banking fees.

🎯 How does the Quest+ loyalty program work?
Our loyalty program allows you to earn points with every order and unlock rewards as you go.
Here's how it works:

- 🎁 Exchange your points for vouchers in €, discounts, or exclusive products!
- 🧭 Level up to unlock increasingly epic perks (more perks coming soon for each tier...)

1. How do I use my points?
Once logged into your account, click on the "🎁 Rewards" button at the bottom of the screen.
You can redeem your points for instant discounts, products, or other benefits depending on your level.
2. Do my points expire?
Yes, after 24 months following the gain
3. Can I combine a reward with a current promotion?
Discounts earned through your points cannot always be combined with current promotions.
But don't worry: you can always choose the best option before confirming your shopping cart. 🛒

If you choose a physical reward (such as a booster pack or item), it will be automatically added to your next order.
No separate shipments will be made solely for a reward.
⚠️ Why don't some products earn points?
Most products on the site allow you to earn Quest Points. However, a few very specific items, including certain Japanese displays and imported products, are excluded from the points program.

These products have highly variable and sometimes unstable import costs (customs, transport, availability in their country of origin, price fluctuations). In order to continue offering you fair and competitive prices, points may be disabled on these items.
🔍 How do I know if a product earns points?
On each product page, a "Points earned" box appears automatically.
- If points are displayed → ✔️ the product generates points
- If no points appear → ❌ this product is one of the exceptions
We remain completely transparent. These exclusions represent a small portion of the catalog and allow us to maintain attractive prices on the most popular products.
