We accept all credit cards via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

Of course! All transactions are secure thanks to SSL protocol.
Shopify does not store any banking information.

🔁 Can I return an item?

You have 14 days from receipt to return a product to us.

👉 You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

💸 When will I be reimbursed?

Once the return has been validated, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

⚠️ Only the price of the products will be refunded (excluding initial shipping costs).

In addition, as our service providers (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) do not refund their commissions, 5% of the total order amount will be retained to cover these technical and banking fees.

✅ Exception: these fees do not apply if the return is due to an error on the part of Quest Corner (defective product, incorrect reference).

Our loyalty program allows you to earn points with every order and unlock rewards as you go.

1. How do I use my points?

Once logged into your account, click on the "🎁 Rewards" button at the bottom of the screen.
You can redeem your points for instant discounts, products, or other benefits depending on your level.

3. Can I combine a reward with a current promotion?

Discounts earned through your points cannot always be combined with current promotions.
But don't worry: you can always choose the best option before confirming your shopping cart. 🛒

4. Pourquoi je ne vois pas les points gagnés sur un produit ?

Si le nombre de Quest Points n’est pas affiché sur une page produit, cela signifie simplement que les points ne sont pas disponibles pour cet article.

Dans la grande majorité des cas (environ 95%), les produits permettent de gagner des points.

Cependant, lors de certains événements, baisses de prix importantes ou promotions exceptionnelles, nous pouvons temporairement désactiver les points afin de proposer les meilleurs prix possibles.

Les récompenses Quest+, leur disponibilité ainsi que le nombre de points requis peuvent évoluer au fil du temps.

Les récompenses sous forme de produits gratuits sont privilégiées par rapport aux réductions.
